Terms of Service

1. What Vyomas is

Vyomas helps creators run sponsored videos from brief to approval: listing the sponsor's must-haves, sharing cuts with editors, collecting timestamped feedback from brands, and recording the brand's approval.

Vyomas is a tool. We are not a party to any agreement between creators, editors, brands or agencies, and we don't handle sponsorship fees between them. The approval record shows who approved which version and when; it doesn't replace your own contract.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• One account can be a creator, an editor and a brand reviewer at the same time.

3. Your content

Videos, briefs, notes, messages and other material you add ("your content") stay yours. You give us permission to store, process, convert and stream your content only to run Vyomas for you, and to show it to the people you share it with (your editors, brand reviewers and team).

You're responsible for your content and for having the right to share it, including any music, footage, logos or personal information in it, and the details of other people you add (such as brand contacts and editors).

4. Private links

Editor links and brand review links work without an account, so anyone who has the link can open it while it's active. Share them only with the intended person. Review links expire after 14 days and editor links after 30 days; you can turn a link off or send a new one at any time, which stops the old one working.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload anything illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share;
• harass people, send spam, or impersonate anyone;
• try to access data that isn't yours, test or break our security, or get around plan limits;
• upload malware, or overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service;
• resell Vyomas without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.

6. Plans and payments

• Free plan: 1 active deal at a time and 3 cuts per deal. Deals covered by a sponsor or agency on a paid plan don't count toward these limits.
• Paid plans (for example Creator Pro at $19/month or $190/year, and agency plans) are billed in US dollars through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the Plans page before you pay.
• Free trials (agency plans) last 14 days. You're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Cancelling: you can cancel any time from Plans & billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it or at our discretion.
• Failed payments: if a payment fails and isn't fixed, your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted immediately.
• Price changes: we'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a plan you're already paying for.
• Taxes: prices may be subject to taxes such as GST, depending on where you are.
• During launch we may make every feature free ("free while we launch"). We'll tell you before paid plans start.

7. How long we keep things

• Free plan videos: video files are removed 60 days after a deal is marked paid. We email you 7 days before. The approval record, notes and checklist are kept. Paid plans keep videos for as long as you have the account.
• Team chat messages are deleted automatically 90 days after they're sent.
• Download or keep your own copies of anything important. Vyomas isn't a backup service.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Profile. This permanently deletes your deals, brands, videos, notes, chat and approval records on your deals. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that we must close to protect other users. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vyomas running and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Vyomas is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't responsible for disputes between creators, editors, brands or agencies, or for lost sponsorships or profits.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you haven't paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You agree to cover claims brought against us because of your content or your breach of these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled by the courts of India, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Vyomas after that means you accept the new terms.
